Knitting needles 4.5 mm (prefer circular 60 cm) for the main fabric
3 mm circular needles for ribbing
Markers to separate the repeats from each other until you get used to the pattern.
Yarn:
Weight of the garment 650 g + swatch.
The yarn used is bobbin yarn, Italian, consisting of: 10% cashmere, 90% merino, yardage 1400 m per 100 g, in 5 plies.
Total yardage 280 m per 100 g, you can use any yarn with a similar yardage and composition.
Swatch:
On size 4.5 mm needles, cast on 46 stitches.
10 sts + 23 sts + 10 sts + 1 stitch for symmetry + 2 selvedge stitches.
After washing and blocking (wet-heat treatment) take measurements of the swatch.
In my case:
In 1 cm (width) - 2.04 stitches
In 1 cm (length) - 2.11 rows
which means everyone has their own knitting gauge.
Therefore, you must swatch!
Sweater «oversize» with straight armholes and a round neckline, is knitted in separate pieces from bottom up. It is joined with side seams.
Patterns:
Pattern number 1:
1. Knit the yarn-over stitch together.
4.
1 slip: slip one stitch as knit, knit one, and pass it over the slipped
6. slip one stitch with the yarn over as purl.
7. knit 2 stitches together.
The jumper uses two patterns.
It is worked in both knit and purl rows. It requires extra attention.
WARNING!!!
Be especially careful when you knit two stitches together so that they do not twist (in both right- and wrong-side rows). If on the right side you knit two stitches together with a right-leaning decrease, then on the wrong side you should knit so that on the right side the stitches also lean to the right. The same applies to left-leaning decrease stitches. If on the right side there is a left-leaning decrease, then on the wrong side you should knit so that on the right side the stitches lean left. Yarn-overs in the wrong-side rows should be worked as purl stitches.
Pattern number 2.
It is worked simply in the purl rows—according to the pattern.

Product calculation:
My bust circumference is 107 cm.
To allow ease I added +25 cm. I love a good oversized look.
These calculations are made for my parameters. You should make your calculations for your gauge and your measurements.
In the end 107 cm + 25 cm = 132 cm.
We need to divide this amount by 2. For the front and back.
132 ÷ 2 = 66
We multiply the obtained number by the stitches.
66 × 2.04 = 134.64 stitches
my chart in the schemes I laid out as follows :
23+10+23+10+23+10+23+10 =132 stitches .
We initially had 134.64 stitches.
So I round to the nearest whole number so that the pattern is complete.
132 stitches in the pattern + 2 edge stitches + 1 stitch for symmetry. As a result I have 135 stitches on the needles.
The pattern is created without ribbing.
On the pattern there are 136 stitches (ignore this).
We need to layout the pattern, so we keep 135 stitches unchanged.
Back:
I always cast on stitches on a scrap contrasting thread, so that I can adjust the garment's ribbing if necessary.
With 4.5 mm needles, cast on 135 stitches and knit upward for 106 rows to the start of the shoulder shaping.
Begin binding off stitches :
Left front.
Shoulder slope:
Attention! To avoid steps when binding off shoulder stitches, when you reach the end of the shoulder, do not knit the last stitch; slip it onto the right needle, turn around and begin binding off the first 7 stitches. Do the same for the remaining stitches; do not knit the last stitch.
Row 106 — bind off 7 stitches of the shoulder (the first 7 stitches from the shoulder seam side)
Row 107 — bind off 7 stitches

Row 110 — bind off 6 shoulder stitches
Row 111 — bind off 6 stitches
Row 112 — bind off 6 stitches
Row 113 — bind off 6 stitches
In row 114 we start the neckline. The knitting is divided in half and each half is worked separately.
Row 114 — bind off 12 neckline stitches
Row 115 — bind off 6 shoulder stitches
Row 116 — bind off 5 neckline stitches
Row 117 — bind off 6 shoulder stitches

Row 119 — bind off 7 shoulder stitches
Right front:
Join the yarn to the right front and begin knitting the neckline.
Row 115 — bind off 12 neckline stitches
Row 116 — bind off 6 shoulder stitches
Row 117 — bind off 5 neckline stitches
Row 118 — bind off 6 shoulder stitches
Row 119 — bind off 2 neckline stitches
Row 120 — bind off 7 shoulder stitches
Front
Knit the back similarly.
IMPORTANT!!!
If the back's pattern begins with chart 1 and ends with chart 2,
then the front should begin with chart 2 and end with chart 1.
I knit up to row 102, up to the start of the neckline shaping. Split the piece into two halves.

Seaming the shoulder seams with a mattress stitch.
Here is the seventh part — word for word, starting from the section «Sleeves»:
Sleeves:
The pattern on the sleeves will be arranged as follows :
23+10+23+10+23+10 +2 inc. for symmetry = 102 stitches.
With 3 mm needles, cast on 52 stitches.
Knit 6 cm in 1x1 rib. In the wrong side row, evenly increase by 50 stitches.
Please note that if your yarn is thicker, you should increase stitches gradually, otherwise the sleeve will flare at the bottom. My yarn is soft, thin, so you can increase 50 stitches at once without creating a flare on the sleeve.
Knit upward for 108 rows. On the 109th row, perform a standard bind-off of all stitches!
Sew the side seams and the sleeves.
I like to start sewing from the cuffs and continue along the entire garment, without breaking the yarn, up to the scrap yarn at the bottom of the garment.
Move the stitches from the scrap yarn to the needles. I evenly decreased 11 stitches around the perimeter; if your hips allow, you can decrease more or less, it’s up to you.
Knit 6 cm in 1x1 rib.
Neckline
With 3 mm needles, pick up one stitch from each edge: 1 edge stitch = 1 stitch.
In total, 112 stitches on the needles. Knit 1x1 rib to a height of 4 cm. If your yarn is thicker — you can knit the rib higher, then you'll get as in the original, a stand-up collar. My yarn is a bit thin, so it doesn't hold the stand-up collar.
IF YOU NEED A HIGH RIB, DO THE NECKLINE CALCULATION DIFFERENTLY.
Block the finished pieces.
