- one teaspoon of baking soda (quenched with lemon juice or vinegar).

- 700 grams of thick sour cream (with a fat content of 20% or more);
- 100 grams of granulated sugar.

- 100 grams of walnuts.

- First, let's make the dough: crack the fresh chicken eggs into a bowl and add the granulated sugar. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Then add the sour cream (it’s better to choose a fattier one as it is less sour) and condensed milk.
- Mix everything again with a whisk, add the baking soda quenched with vinegar, and pour in all the sifted wheat flour.
- Mix the dough with a whisk.
- Thoroughly rinse the prunes, dry them with paper towels, and chop finely.
- Transfer them to a plate, add a small amount of wheat flour, and stir with a spoon.
- Transfer the prunes to the bowl with the dough and mix everything well.
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper (or baking paper) and grease it with butter.
- Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Place the baking sheet with the cake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
- Check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
- Remove the cake with the paper from the baking sheet and let it cool for a bit: 5-7 minutes will be enough.
- Then remove the paper, cut a circle in the middle of the cake with a diameter of about 20 centimeters. You can use a plate or a lid of suitable size as a template.

- Spread it with the sour cream. You will need to set aside some cream for spreading on top of the cake.
- Transfer the chopped biscuit into a bowl and pour the remaining cream over it. Mix everything with a spoon.
