
Chicken fillet (or turkey, or pork) – 400 grams;
Minced meat (I have a mix of chicken+ pork) – 300 grams;
Bell pepper – 1/2 piece;
Onion – 1/2 piece;
Garlic – 2 cloves;
Chicken egg – 1 piece;
Mushrooms (I have canned) – 4-5 pieces;
Grated hard cheese — 100 grams;
Chopped herbs – to taste;
Spices – to taste.
Lightly beat the chicken fillet (preferably in even, large pieces), salt and pepper. Add diced bell pepper and finely chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the minced meat, add the egg. Slice the mushrooms. Grate the cheese. Lay the fillet in a baking dish, top with the minced meat and pepper, arrange the mushrooms around the edge, and sprinkle cheese in the center. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake until cooked for about 35 minutes.
