Light and tasty snack.
Necessary ingredients:
1 medium zucchini,
1 medium eggplant,
2 cloves of garlic,
2 medium tomatoes,
100g mayonnaise and 100g sour cream,
flour, salt, pepper.
Cut the zucchini and eggplant into long strips, salt them and set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse the bitterness off the eggplant. Coat the strips of zucchini and eggplant in flour on both sides and fry until golden brown.
Add sour cream to the mayonnaise, press the garlic through a garlic press and add herbs if desired. Spread the dressing on a strip of zucchini, place a strip of eggplant on top and spread more dressing. Place a slice of tomato on the prepared roll and roll it up. Refrigerate the finished rolls for 30 minutes.
