Apricot pie

Ingredients:

cup=250 ml.
?10-12 small apricots
?1.5 cups of flour
?0.5 cup of sugar
?14 cup of natural yogurt or kefir
?3 eggs
?65 g of butter (melted and cooled)
?0.5 tsp of baking powder
?14 tsp of vanillin
?a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Grease a springform pan with butter, line the bottom with parchment paper if desired, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until white, pour in the melted butter and yogurt, add vanillin and mix, combine the flour with baking powder, sift on top, mix until a homogeneous thick dough forms, transfer the dough to the pan, arrange the apricot halves tightly next to each other on top, slightly press them into the dough.
Bake the pie for about 40 minutes, until ready.
