• Ingredients:
• Flour 800-900 g
• Milk 250 ml
• Water 250 ml
• Sugar 1 tbsp (level)
• Salt 1 tsp
• Yeast 10 g
• Butter 50 g
• First, knead a soft dough. Let it rest for an hour.
• Filling:
• Potatoes 5-6 pcs
• Onions 2 pcs
• Vegetable oil

Step-by-step preparation:
  1. Dough: Mix warm milk (250 ml) and water (250 ml), add sugar (1 tbsp) and yeast (10 g). Let stand 10-15 minutes for the yeast to activate. Add salt (1 tsp), melted butter (50 g) and gradually add flour (800-900 g). Knead a soft, non-sticky dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Filling: Peel the potatoes (5-6 pcs), boil until tender and mash. Finely chop the onions (2 pcs) and fry in vegetable oil until golden. Mix the mashed potatoes with the onions, salt to taste.
  3. Shaping and baking: Divide the dough into equal parts, form into balls, let them rest for 10 minutes. Roll out each ball, place the filling and seal the edges.
  4. Fry the pies in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat until a golden brown crust forms.
