Pizza dough – 200 grams
For the filling:
Mozzarella cheese – 300 grams
Champignons – 100 grams
Tomatoes – 3 pcs
Parsley, basil, arugula - to taste
For the sauce:
Garlic – 3 cloves
Tomato – 1 pc
Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
Extra virgin olive oil
Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

No matter what combination of cheeses you choose, without the traditional sauce, the cheese pizza will have a "pale" appearance. Therefore, professionals recommend starting the pizza preparation with it.

Chop the garlic and tomato, dilute a few tablespoons of water in the tomato paste.

Throw the garlic into a pan with olive oil. Watch that it doesn't burn. Once you see signs of "golden" color, add the chopped tomato.

1-2 minutes of frying is enough. Pour in the tomato paste.

At this point, it's still a semi-finished sauce. It will become a full-fledged dressing after you salt it, pepper it, add sugar and spices (choose basil or oregano) and let it boil.

But that's not all: turn on the blender and blend the sauce until the large pieces of tomato are gone.

After that, heat it a little more. This sauce is suitable for both pizza and pasta. Moreover, it can be stored in the refrigerator without loss of taste and aroma for several days. But only in a sterile jar.

The second stage is preparing the vegetables and cheese. Don't be lazy to cut everything into thin slices.

Take the pizza base out of the freezer. Roll it out.
Place it on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
Generously spread the sauce on the resulting crust.
Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. Remember: there should be a lot of cheese!
In the oven, the cheese pizza will spend no more than 20 minutes.

After removing the pizza, sprinkle it with fresh herbs.
