For the thin dough:
- 100 g of warm water;
- 0.5 tsp of dry yeast;
- 1 teaspoon each of sugar and salt;
- 2 cups of sifted flour;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tbsp of olive oil.
For the filling:
- Tomato sauce (100 g of tomatoes, olive oil, dried basil, oregano, salt, sugar);
- 100 g of tomatoes;
- 100 g of ham;
- 120 g of cheese;
- 50 g of bell pepper;
100 g of fresh mushrooms.
Preparation:
1. Knead the dough: dissolve sugar, dry yeast, and salt in warm water.
2. Add half of the flour, stir, and add the egg, mixing well again.
3. Add the remaining flour, olive oil, and knead the dough.
4. Divide the dough in half: from each half, you can make a pizza with a diameter of 35-40 cm.
5. Roll out the dough into a round thin pancake, adding flour as needed.
6. Prepare the tomato sauce: blanch 2-3 medium tomatoes in boiling water and remove the skin, blend them, add a pinch of dried basil and oregano, olive oil, sugar, and salt. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes and let it cool a bit.
7. Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface of the dough.
8. Lay out the sliced mushrooms, ham, bell pepper, tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
9. Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Important: do not overbake it in the oven, otherwise the dough will not turn out soft!
