
Ingredients:
- beans – one kilogram
- onion – two bulbs
- tomatoes – one kilogram
- large salt – three teaspoons
- ground black pepper – one teaspoon
- allspice, ground - half a teaspoon
- bay leaves - five pieces
- vinegar 70% – one teaspoon
Preparation:
1. First, we will boil the beans until fully cooked in slightly salted water, having previously soaked them for a day.
2. We will peel the onion, chop it as finely as possible, and fry it until golden in vegetable oil.
3. Ripe, whole tomatoes will be dipped in boiling water for a few seconds, after which we will immediately cool them in cold water and carefully remove the skin.
4. Next, we will cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces, place them in a deep enamel pot, add salt, and simmer until they turn into puree.
5. After that, we will add the beans, fried onion, spices, crushed bay leaf to the cooked tomatoes and mix everything well. We let the mixture come to a boil and pour in the vinegar.
6. Remove the prepared beans from the heat and immediately pour them into pre-prepared, sterilized glass jars. Seal them.
