In a pasteurized 3-liter jar, we place red tomatoes. WITHOUT ANYTHING!!!
We pour boiling water and leave it until the brine is prepared.
Brine: for 1.5 liters of water, 2 tablespoons of salt, 100g of sugar (that's half a cup). We bring this to a boil. Once the brine has boiled, we drain the water from the jar. On top of the tomatoes, we place 1 tablespoon of minced (through a garlic press) garlic and pour the brine over it. We add directly to the jar 2 tablespoons of 9% vinegar. We seal it, wrap it up. And we enjoy it in winter!
