Lightly salted salmon (sliced) - 300 g.
Crab sticks - 250-300 g.
Cream cheese "Philadelphia" with herbs - 200 g.
Fresh dill - a bunch.
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Lemon - 1 pcs.
Salt - to taste.
Step 1 Boil the eggs, cool, peel, and slice into rings.
Step 2 Chop the dill, add it to the Philadelphia, and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 3 To make such "Kisses", you will need several molds; you can use glasses, cupcake molds, or tea cups. Line the cups tightly with food film, leaving enough film on the edges to cover the cups later.
Step 4 Lay the mold with slices of salmon. Shape it accordingly. Fill the mold halfway with the filling, add pieces of crab sticks, and fill with the filling again.
Step 5 Place a slice of egg on top. Close with a slice of salmon.
Step 6 Wrap the edges of the film, press tightly, and slightly compact.
Step 7 Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Slice the lemon into rings.
Step 8 After a couple of hours, take the "Kisses" out of the refrigerator, unwrap the film, and turn the cup upside down onto a lemon slice on a plate. Decorate as desired; red caviar looks very beautiful on top.
