Wheat flour 650 g
Fresh yeast 40 g
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 0.5 cups
Eggs 2 large or 3 small
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Butter 50 g
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Heat the milk until hot, add the butter and sunflower oil, and pour into a bucket. Mix the eggs with the sugar (do not beat) and pour into the bucket, then add the yeast previously dissolved in a small amount of milk and sugar. I dissolve the yeast in warm milk 50 ml + 1 tablespoon of sugar and wait for the "cap" to rise. Then add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt. Set to "Yeast dough" mode - 1.5 hours. I get a full bucket of dough (my bucket is large for two mixing blades), just enough for one baking tray of pies. The filling can be anything. If you put in less yeast, the pies will not be fluffy. The dough after the first mix in 1.5 hours and the pies after proofing. The dough when mixing should be a little soft. When working with the finished dough, I use sunflower oil instead of flour and the dough does not stick to my hands and flour does not fly around the kitchen, very convenient. Cooking time: about 40 minutes. Cooking program: Bake in the oven at 170-180°C. NOTE: Once, an acquaintance treated me to very tasty pies. The pies were fluffy and just melted in the mouth.
