Ingredients:

Flour - 250 g
Butter - 200 g
Sugar - 150 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 packet
Egg - 3 pcs
Lemon - 2 pcs
Powdered sugar - 150 g
Baking powder - 2 tsp

Preparation:

1. Beat the butter until fluffy, adding sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs. Grate the zest from one lemon and squeeze its juice into the butter mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and combine it with the butter mixture, mixing well.
2. Grease a baking sheet with butter, spread the butter dough, smooth it out, and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the pie from the oven, squeeze the juice from the second lemon, mix it with powdered sugar, and spread the lemon glaze over the pie. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and decorate with lemon slices.
