Ingredients:
Dough:
Chocolate - 100 g
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - ? cup
Eggs - 3 pcs
Baking soda - ? tsp
Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Flour - ? cup
For the cream:
Heavy cream - 200 ml
Cottage cheese - 200 ml
Powdered sugar – to taste
Canned peach – 1 can
Preparation:
1 Beat the egg whites with ? part of the sugar, a little salt until peaks form, put in the refrigerator. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, add oil, slaked soda,
2 Beat the yolks with the sugar until light. Pour in the oil, add the flour mixed with cocoa. Slake the soda and add it to the dough, mix. Bring the milk to a boil, dissolve the chocolate and add everything to the dough, mix, if necessary add more flour to get a sour cream consistency. Add the whites and gently mix. Whip the cream, cottage cheese, and powdered sugar with a mixer.
3 Fry the pancakes on a preheated skillet. On the finished pancakes, place sliced peach and cottage cheese paste, roll them up, and cut into equal small rolls.
4 Melt the chocolate with vegetable oil, adding oil until a thin consistency is reached. Dip the rolls into the chocolate glaze, one side, then the other, and place on a plate (you can hold them with toothpicks for convenience), pour the tops of the rolls with glaze from a spoon. Place in the refrigerator to set. Enjoy your meal!
