Ingredients:
1 biscuit layer
250 g of cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar

For decoration:
2 kiwis
50 g of cranberries
50 g of black currants
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Recipe preparation:

1. Mash the cottage cheese with the yolks and sugar, add vanilla and mix. Spread the prepared mixture on the biscuit layer, smooth the surface. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces. Slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
2. Cut hearts out of the kiwi slices.
3. Arrange the hearts overlapping on the pastries.
4. Decorate with currants and cranberries. Any fruits can be used according to taste.
