Panna cotta translated from Italian means cooked cream. Mainly, panna cotta is made with berries and fruits, as well as sauces from these additions. Try to make this delicate tempting dessert!

Ingredients:

  • Heavy cream (fat content from 10 to 33 percent) – 400 ml.
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Gelatin – 5 gr.
  • Raspberry – 120 gr.
  • Black currant – 80 gr.

 Preparation method: (Cooking time — 20 min)

  1. Take a saucepan, pour in all the cream, and add vanilla sugar and sugar. Leave 2 teaspoons of sugar for the syrup.
  2. Place the saucepan on the heat and bring to a boil. Like all other dairy dishes, the cream should be brought to a boil carefully, over low heat, constantly stirring to prevent a film from forming. When the cream boils, sprinkle in the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Remove the cream from the heat.
  3. Pour the cream into molds and place them in the refrigerator until they set into a jelly-like form.
  4. Puree the raspberries until smooth. You can do this using a tea strainer, mashing the berries through the strainer with a spoon over a bowl. Mix the raspberry with sugar. And simply blend the black currants in a blender.
  5. After about two minutes, the jelly easily separates from the mold. All that is left is to pour
    the panna cotta with the syrup. It can be served on the table, garnished with berries, cookies, or chocolate. Enjoy your meal!
