 meat (pork) — 1 kg
 onion — 2-4 pcs.
 vinegar — 3 tbsp (2 for marinating onions, 1 for meat)
 pepper mix — 0.5 tsp.
 lemon juice — 3 tbsp.
 sugar — 1 tbsp.
 meat seasoning — 2 tbsp.
 baking sleeve


Preparation:
1. Cut the meat into small pieces. Add the pepper mix, seasoning, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2 to 6 hours in the cold.
2. Cut the onion into rings. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 4 tablespoons of water. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Prepare the baking sleeve. Tie one end. Place the marinated onions at the bottom.
Top with the meat.
4. Tie the other end of the sleeve and make 2-3 holes at the top of the bag. Place in a preheated oven at 250° C for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, take out the sheet and cut the sleeve for browning the meat. If necessary, you can pour the released juice over it. And put back in the oven for 30 minutes.
5. The kebab in the oven on an onion bed is ready!
