Cheese balls

350g of oil for frying

1 tbsp of vodka (pour into cold oil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!into the pot to fry the balls)

Combine cheese + all other ingredients and knead. The dough should be sticky. Generously sprinkle flour on the countertop and make balls the size of a walnut. Use all the dough at once, as they fry quickly!

Take a pot or a small saucepan, pour in the oil and a spoonful of vodka. I emphasize again, pour the vodka into the cold oil. Its function is to prevent the balls from absorbing oil.

Heat the oil well and fry the balls. Once ready, place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
