For this sweater, yarn from Troitsk "Jasmine" was used, moderately soft, does not stretch after washing, without shine. It is easy to knit, the yarn slides on the needles, but it can split, so be careful.
It is not quite suitable for children's items; in my opinion, it is a bit coarse, but I knitted for my daughter from similar yarn, and so far, everything is fine; she doesn't complain.
After wet blocking, nothing bad happened, the size remained the same, and the density of the knitted fabric remained unchanged. No pilling appeared during wear.

For the ribbing, I recommend using #2.5 needles and #3.0 for stockinette stitch.

Yarn consumption: 5.5 skeins

Cast on 144 stitches + 1 stitch for joining in the round. I don't like a too narrow neck.

Knit 12 rows of ribbing: 1 knit, 1 purl.
