Cookies "Callas"Klubokhttp://klubok.work/4/141/4100/Klubokhttps://klubok.work/css/image/top-logo-en.pngIngredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- margarine for greasing the baking tray
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, and mix without beating.
2. Add flour and mix thoroughly
until you get a uniform liquid dough.
3. Generously grease a hot baking tray with margarine and place 4-5 teaspoons of dough on it with large gaps in between.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes. The edges of the cookies should be well browned. Remove from the oven, lift the cookies with a spatula, but do not remove them from the sheet.
5. Quickly form a flower using a paper towel; if the cookies cool down, they will not roll up but will crumble.
Custard:
1 cup of milk, half a cup of sugar, two yolks, a heaping tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. (I also added a spoon of liqueur).
1. Pour all the flour, all the sugar, and vanilla into the yolks. Mix thoroughly. Bring the milk to a boil over low heat. Let it cool slightly.
2. Pour the milk into the yolks while constantly stirring.
When the milk is combined with the yolks, place them on the heat. Cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes. 9. Until thickened. To prevent the cream from burning, it needs to be stirred constantly. Cool well and beat with a package of butter until fluffy.
3. The cream can be made in any way you prefer. You can reduce the portion since it makes a lot. In the photo, it’s about half; it’s up to you to decide how much you need. The freshly made cookies are crispy, and when they sit, they become soft, but very tasty!
Enjoy your tea!
