Ingredients:
-1 cup semolina
-1 cup kefir
-0.5 cup sugar
-80 g melted butter or margarine
-75 g raisins
-1 egg
-1 packet vanilla sugar
-0.5 teaspoon baking soda (neutralized with vinegar)
-a pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over the raisins, drain the water, dry the raisins and mix with a pinch of flour.
2. Lightly beat the egg with a mixer with salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar, add kefir, butter, then add semolina, raisins, and baking soda, mix everything well.
3. Let the mixture "swell" for about 15-20 minutes while the oven is heating.
4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the mold (I used a disposable one measuring 22 cm) with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
5. The mixture has rested and thickened.
6. Transfer to the mold, smooth the top.
7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the pie thickens and is covered with a golden crust.
8. Allow the finished semolina pie to cool slightly in the mold, then carefully transfer it to a plate. Optionally, you can glaze the top with slightly warmed jam.
