Ingredients:

eggs - 2 pcs
milk - 500ml.
butter or margarine - 125 g.
sugar - 3 tbsp (to taste)
salt - 1.5 tsp.
Dried yeast - 11g. (1 packet)
warm water - 0.5 cup.
flour - enough so that the dough does not stick to your hands (the main thing is not to overmix it)

Preparation:

1.Milk + water (mix, slightly warm so it’s warm) (I didn’t heat it, just added good warm, almost hot water) + sugar (taste it, so it’s sweet enough) + yeast. Mix everything and let the yeast sit for 15 minutes. Then add the eggs.
2. Add butter (melt slightly) + salt - whisk everything together!
3. Gradually add flour and stir with a spoon. The main thing is not to overmix the dough!!!
4. Cover with a towel, leave for 1-1.5 hours. Yeast loves warmth, it’s better to place it in a warm spot.
5. Then take the dough and roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out circles with a glass or cup. Fry in a cauldron, the oil should be enough, they should float in it, so they don’t touch the bottom. Fry in hot oil!)
6. Place them on a napkin or paper to drain excess oil. Then arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar))
