You will need:
butter - 250 g (room temperature)
powdered sugar - 0.5 cup
vegetable oil (odorless) - 1/3 cup
starch - 4 tbsp
flour - 3.5 cups
vanilla sugar - 1 packet (10 g)
No eggs needed! No baking powder needed!
I haven't forgotten anything.
In a bowl, place the room temperature butter, powdered sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat everything well with a mixer. Add the starch, mix with the mixer
Add one cup of flour, mix with the mixer
Then add another cup of flour, but mix with a spoon. Pour 1 cup of flour onto the table and lay out the dough. Knead by hand until homogeneous.
Add the last half cup of flour. And knead.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a sausage
And cut into pieces with a knife
Place the pieces of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake at 180°C until golden brown (from 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the oven).
Roll the cookies in powdered sugar. It’s better to sprinkle the cookies with powder while they are hot.
Of course, I was ready for the cookies to be crumbly. But when I tried it.... Mmmmm... it’s something! It’s crumblier than all crumbly cookies! Very tasty!
Moreover, there are no problems with cooling in the refrigerator, and it doesn’t spread in the oven...
In short, it has become my favorite!
