Quick Cookies

Ingredients: 250 g of margarine (soft - let it sit outside the refrigerator beforehand) 300 g of sour cream 2.5 - 3 cups of flour (or rather - as much as needed for a soft, non-sticky dough) 0.5 packet of baking powder Preparation: No sugar or eggs are needed in the dough, refrigerate for half an hour, then roll out, cut out with a glass - dip in sugar and onto the baking sheet.
