For 4 servings: 250 g of hard cheese, dill and parsley, 300 g of lightly salted trout or salmon (  it's better to take smoked). Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater. Wash the dill and parsley well, dry and finely chop. Combine the cheese and chopped herbs in a small saucepan and mix thoroughly. Place the saucepan with the grated cheese and herbs in a water bath and heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is completely melted. Let the cheese mixture cool slightly. Then place it on food wrap, cover with a second layer of wrap and, using a rolling pin, roll it into a thin sheet. Cut the fish into equal thin slices. Remove one layer of wrap, place the fish slices on the cheese sheet and roll it up with the help of the wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, cut into pieces. That's it, the roll is ready, enjoy your meal  everyone!
