Ingredients:

Potatoes — 6 pcs
Ham — 150 g
Onion — 1 pc
Parsley (to taste)
Butter — 1 tbsp
Chili pepper (ground, to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Hard cheese (grated) — 50 g
Black pepper (ground, to taste)
Green onion (to taste)
Wheat flour — 1 tbsp
Egg — 1 pc

Preparation:

1. This stuffed potato can serve as a standalone dish, as well as a delightful festive side.

2. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Chop the green onion and parsley.
Dice the ham and onion, sauté them in butter.

3. Then mix the sauté with chopped parsley, cheese, and green onion. Cut the potatoes in half, after peeling, scoop out the flesh.

4. Dice the flesh. Mix it with cheese and ham. Stir well but gently, season with pepper and salt.

5. Fill the potato halves with the resulting mixture, combine them, coat in flour, then in egg, and again in flour.

6. Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown.
And you will get tender potatoes with a crispy crust.
