Ingredients
200-250 g lasagna sheets
1 kg
minced meat
500 g tomatoes
200 g onions
150 g carrots
3-4 cloves
garlic
1 liter of milk
100 g butter
100 g flour
300 g
hard cheese
50 g Parmesan
salt
pepper

Chop the onion finely.
Chop the garlic finely.
Grate the carrot
on a medium grater.
Peel the tomatoes, chop the pulp in a blender or
grate.
Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil.
Add the carrot, fry.
Add
the minced meat, salt, pepper, and simmer until cooked (about 20-25 minutes).
Add
the tomatoes, simmer for another 5 minutes.
We prepare the "Béchamel" sauce.
Melt the butter.
When the butter is completely melted,
add the flour, mix well.
Slightly fry.
Then pour in the milk in a thin stream, mix well, bring to a boil.
Heat until the sauce thickens to the consistency of liquid sour cream.
The main thing is
to watch out for lumps.
Season the sauce slightly with salt, you can add nutmeg or garlic to taste.
Grate the cheese on a medium
grater.
Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater.
In a baking dish (I have a dish measuring 25x35 cm and 5 cm high), lay out the sheets of lasagna (carefully read the instructions on the package, some brands suggest boiling the lasagna sheets,
some - use dry sheets, but I never boil the sheets, they cook well due to the sauce).
On the lasagna sheets, spread half
of the meat sauce.
Then spread 1/3 of the "Béchamel" sauce.
Sprinkle with half
of the grated cheese.
Cover with lasagna sheets.
Spread the remaining meat
sauce.
Spread with "Béchamel" sauce.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Again
lay out the sheets.
Spread with the remaining "Béchamel" sauce.
Place in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Remove the finished lasagna, sprinkle with Parmesan (you can set aside a bit of Parmesan to sprinkle on the finished lasagna), put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve the lasagna with tomato sauce: fry 100 g of finely chopped onion and 2
cloves of finely chopped garlic.
Add 300 g of tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped), season with salt, pepper, and simmer for 5-10
minutes.
