Ingredients:
Lavash — 2 pcs
Chicken meat — 500 g

Onion — 2-3 pcs
Tomato — 6-7 pcs
Mushrooms (fried with onion) — 3 tbsp.
Spices (salt, pepper, seasonings to your taste)
Butter (for sauce) — 100 g
Flour (for sauce) — 4 tbsp.
Milk — 1 l
Cheese (grated)

1) Cut the onion into half rings..Tomatoes - into thin slices (preferably peel them)

2) Finely chop the chicken meat, salt it, add spices

3) And... we go to the stove to fry all this =)
in one frying pan fry 2/3 of the onion until half cooked and add tomatoes, herbs, salt, spices (here was a mixture of seasonings for chicken), let it simmer

4) In the second frying pan fry the chicken until half cooked, add the remaining onion, cook until the onion is done.....by that time the tomato filling is ready... drain the resulting broth, we will need it later

5) Now let's make our béchamel sauce!!!!! melt the butter and add the flour in small portions, mixing well. then gradually pour in the milk, getting rid of lumps, add salt, spices and cook on low heat until it becomes like sour cream

6) We start assembling our dish!!!!
Generously grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, lay out the lavash, spread our sauce on it. evenly place half of the vegetable filling, half of the chicken, cover with the second lavash. repeat the process: sauce, vegetables, chicken, but also on one side add the mushrooms (they were already fried) and sprinkle with cheese.

7) And a little more sauce before wrapping. You need to wrap it very carefully! Spread a little sauce on top and send it to the preheated oven at 160-170 degrees for 10 minutes. Then pour our vegetable broth on top and back in the oven for another 10 minutes
