
Crunchy pancakes with melted tender cheese and the spring aroma of peppers and greens.
We will need:
-1 red pepper
-lavash
-150-200 g of cheese
-dill
-2-3 cloves of garlic
Cut the pepper into small strips (no longer than 1.5 cm) or cubes.
Finely chop the dill.
Crush the garlic through a press.
Grate the cheese. Mix the pepper, dill, garlic, and cheese.
Cut the lavash into rectangles approximately 10*20 cm. Along the short edge, place a little of our filling (you can leave 1-1.5 cm from the top and bottom edges so that the cheese doesn’t leak out). Roll it into a tube.
Place our pancakes on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until our pancakes acquire a beautiful golden crispy crust.
