Ingredients:

- 2 lavash (Armenian)

- 200-300 g of salmon (salted)
- 300 g of ham
- 200-300 g of processed cheese
- herbs to taste

Preparation:
1. Finely chop the herbs. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
2. Spread a thin layer of cheese on the lavash. Place the salmon on top. Sprinkle with herbs.
3. Roll the lavash with the salmon into a roll and put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Then take it out and cut into pieces. Also make rolls with ham.
