Take any fish (in the photo it's trout).
Wash it, remove the fins and scales.
Grate the carrot, cut the onion into thin half-rings, and slice the tomato into rounds.
Cut the lemon into slices, and then in half (you can actually do without lemon).
Take a piece of foil.
Place some onion on it, then the fish (previously salted and peppered a bit), then the carrot, and on top - the tomatoes.
I put a slice of lemon inside the fish.
Wrap the fish in foil, and place it in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-30 minutes (depending on the fish and, of course, the oven).
Enjoy your meal!
