
Ingredients: 500 grams of cabbage, 3-5 tablespoons of flour, 3 eggs, salt, pepper, 2 onions, 2-3 carrots, 500 grams of minced meat, 100 grams of grated cheese, 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, herbs.
How to prepare:
Finely chop the cabbage, add eggs, salt, pepper, and flour. Fry the cabbage pancakes in a pan. Sauté the chopped onion and grated carrot, season with salt and pepper.
Spread the raw minced meat on the cabbage pancakes, season with salt, then top with a layer of carrot and onion, and herbs. Stack the pancakes on top of each other and place them on a baking sheet, brush with a mixture of mayonnaise and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
