Ingredients for the dough:
- 200 g of hard cheese
- 4 eggs
For the filling:
- 0.5 kg of pork
- 0.5 kg of beef
- 150 g of white table wine
- half a red bell pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon of ginger
- herbs, salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
First, we prepare the cheese dough. To do this, grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the eggs, and mix.
Line a baking sheet with foil, grease with oil, and pour in the dough. Place in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees and bake until golden brown. Let the dough cool.
Meanwhile, we prepare the filling for our roll. Mix the pork and beef, add ginger and wine (optional). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Separately, chop the red pepper and herbs into cubes.
Now we proceed to assemble our roll. Spread the filling on the cooled dough, sprinkle with pepper and herbs on top.
Roll up the dough into a roll, wrap it in foil, and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Then remove the finished roll and, without unwrapping the foil, let it cool.
