Ingredients for zucchini casserole with minced meat

:potatoes – 5-6 pcs;young zucchini – 2-3 pcs;minced meat – 300 g;onion – 1 pc;tomatoes – 4-5 pcs;hard cheese – 150 g;herbs of basil or parsley;mayonnaise – 200 ml;garlic – 2 cloves;vegetable oil;black ground pepper;salt.Casserole recipe with zucchini:

1. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil until half-cooked.

2. Then add the minced meat, salt, and pepper. Fry it.

3. Wash the young zucchini and slice them into rounds, skin on.

4. Peel the potatoes and slice the washed tomatoes into rounds.

5. Pass the garlic through a garlic press and mix it with mayonnaise.

6. In a deep baking dish, place a layer of potatoes. Grease with mayonnaise mixed with garlic.

7. Next, spread the minced meat over the entire surface of the potatoes.

8. After that, layer the zucchini, greased with garlic-mayonnaise sauce.

9. On top, place the tomatoes, sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Garnish with chopped herbs.

10. Place the vegetables in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.

11. Remove the baked vegetables, cut into portions, and serve as a standalone dish or as a side dish with fish, meat cutlets, etc.
