Eggplants - 2 pcs (better to take 3-4 mini eggplants)
Cilantro - fresh
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce - 4 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 1 clove

Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, chili sauce and pour into a frying pan or saucepan, bring to a boil, add garlic, cilantro.
Cut the eggplants lengthwise, salt them, let them sit for 20 minutes, slightly squeeze, fry in one tablespoon of olive oil. Transfer the eggplants to the pan with the chili sauce, let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Place the eggplants on a plate, drizzle with the remaining sauce .
