The best way to prepare delicious homemade meat. The baked pork turns out very juicy. A good alternative to sausage for sandwiches.
Ingredients:
A piece of pork (800-900g)
2-3 tsp of salt
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 bay leaves
1 liter of water
Preparation:
1. In boiling water, add salt, pepper, spices, and bay leaves. Stir well and allow to cool completely.
2. Place the meat in it, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
The marinated meat should be dried, peppered again, salted, and seasoned with spices.
3. Make incisions and fill them with garlic.
4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Place the meat in a roasting sleeve, top with the bay leaves from the marinade.
Seal the sleeve and make several cuts in it.
5. Bake for about 1 hour. After an hour, you can cut the top of the sleeve to brown the baked pork.
