DELICIOUS FISH IN THE OVEN.

Ingredients:

Fish (cod, dorado, or any fish of your choice)
Lemon - 1/2 pcs.
Dill to taste
Thyme
Olive oil
Ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Cut the lemon into thin slices. Finely chop the dill.
2. Place two slices of lemon, dill, and thyme inside the belly. Season the fish with pepper, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme, and place the remaining lemon on top.
3. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 10-15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake until cooked through.
