A piece of pork (800-900g)
 2-3 tsp. salt
 2-3 cloves of garlic
 2 bay leaves
 1 l of water

Cooking method:

1.Add salt, pepper, spices, and bay leaves to boiling water. Stir well and cool completely
2.Place the meat in it, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
Pat the marinated meat dry, season with more pepper, salt, and spices.
3.Make incisions and fill them with garlic.
4.Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the meat in a roasting sleeve, and put the bay leaves from the marinade on top
Seal the sleeve, making several incisions in it
5.Bake for about 1 hour. After an hour, you can cut the top of the sleeve to brown the pork
