This is a very simple and affordable recipe
for salting red fish
The fish turns out finger-licking good
Ingredients:
Red fish 1 kg. (salmon, trout,
chum salmon, grayling, pink salmon). Your choice.
Salt 2 tablespoons.
Sugar 1 tablespoon.
Allspice pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. We cut the fish into fillets, remove the bones, and cut into portion-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix salt and
sugar.
3. Layer the fish, sprinkling with salt and
sugar, adding allspice pepper on each layer.

Place the fish in the refrigerator for a day.
