For size 36/38, you will need 450 grams of yarn called BLUES, regular needles No. 5, No. 6, and circular needles No. 5.5.

The main pattern should be knitted strictly according to the chart.

To create the crinkled pattern, in the 1st, 2nd, and 4th rows, knit as follows: one stitch in purl stitch, then 5 stitches in knit stitch, and again one stitch in purl stitch. In the 3rd row, knit as follows: 1 stitch in purl stitch, the next 8 stitches in knit stitch (8 rows), and the last stitch in purl stitch. Repeat the pattern from the first to the fourth row.

Knitting density: for a gauge of 10x10 for the main pattern – 15 stitches for 20 rows of the piece; for the crinkled pattern – 18 stitches for 20 rows. 

Knitting the back: to knit this piece, take needles No. 5 and, using the Italian cast-on method, cast on 64 stitches. Then transfer the cast-on stitches to needles No. 6 and continue knitting according to the main pattern of the piece. Once the height of the piece reaches 10 centimeters, it is necessary to taper the back. For this, decrease four times by 1 stitch on each side in every fourth row to get a total of 56 stitches. After performing this, increase on both sides twice by 1 stitch in every tenth row of knitting. You will have 60 stitches. When the back reaches a height of 41 cm, bind off for the armholes (on both sides) first 3 stitches, then in every second row once 2 stitches and once 1 stitch. The final number of stitches should be 48. From the beginning of the armholes at a height of 17 cm, bind off 20 middle stitches and bind off each side of the back from those 20 stitches separately. To create a rounded shape, on the inside, bind off once 4 stitches and once 1 stitch (in every second row). At a height of 60 cm, bind off the remaining 9 stitches.

Knitting the front: this piece should be knitted the same as the back. However, the neck opening should be deeper. When the knitting from the armholes reaches a height of 12 cm, bind off 18 middle stitches, and then bind off stitches on both sides of the closed 18 stitches as follows: once 3 stitches, once 2 stitches, and once – 1 stitch (binding off should be done in every second row).

Knitting the sleeves: for the sleeve, cast on 33 stitches on needles No. 6, and knit using the crinkled pattern. Once the height of the sleeve reaches 20 cm, start increasing stitches on both sides for the slopes. In every 16th row, increase five times by just one stitch to get 43 stitches. When the knitting reaches a height of 47 cm, bind off stitches for the cap: immediately bind off four stitches on both sides, and then in every second row definitely bind off 10 times by 1 stitch, leaving 15 stitches. From the start of the cap, knit for 19 cm and bind off only on one side 3 rows of 4 stitches. These bind-offs should be done in every second row. At a height of 68 cm, bind off the remaining three stitches. Knit the second sleeve symmetrically to the first sleeve.

Final assembly of the pieces: set in the sleeves, carefully sew the sleeve seams, and neatly stitch the back and front pieces together. To knit the collar, cast on a total of 82 stitches on circular needles No. 5.5. Knit according to the crinkled pattern for 8 cm, then bind off the stitches.
