Pingoum Fiocel 6 skeins color "banana" (784), needles No. 4, hook No. 2. 7 metal rings with a diameter of 5cm, 8 small buttons and 2 large.

Fantasy pattern:

1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 8th rows are knitted with knit stitches, 2nd and 4th rows with purl stitches, 7th row – 1 knit st, * 1 yarn over, 2 stitches together knit.*, 1 knit (Repeat from * to *) 9th row – as the 1st, etc.

Gauge – Square 10cm x 10cm = 25 stitches x 28 rows

Back

Cast on 103 stitches and knit the "fan" pattern according to the scheme. After 21 cm from the start of knitting, to form armholes, bind off 4 stitches on each side every 2 rows. After 39 cm from the start, bind off all stitches.

Right Front

Cast on 21 stitches and knit the "fan" pattern. Increase 4 stitches on the right side every 2 rows 3 times and 3 stitches 4 times. After 13 cm from the start, bind off for the neckline on the right side 7 times 1 stitch every 10 rows. At the same time, after 21 cm from the start, bind off stitches on the left for the armhole as on the back. After 39 cm from the start, bind off the remaining stitches.

Left Front

Executed similarly to the right, in a mirror image

Sleeves

Cast on 85 stitches and knit the "fan" pattern according to the scheme.

After 34 cm from the start, bind off 18 times 2 stitches on each side every 2 rows. After 47 cm from the start, bind off the remaining stitches.

Assembly (collar)

Cast on 30 stitches and knit a fancy pattern.

After 84 cm from the start, bind off the stitches.

The other ruffle is made in the same way, but 140 cm long.
 

Waistband – Crochet a chain of 10 ch + 1 ch for lifting and knit the waistband according to the scheme. After 3 cm from the start, make a hole (2 ch over 2 sc) in the center of the work. After 19 cm from the start, make the second hole in the same way. After 96 cm from the start, stop and crochet each ring with one row of sc.

Cuffs

Cast on 32 stitches and knit garter stitch. After 20 cm from the start, bind off the stitches.

Assembly

Waistband. Sew the rings to the waistband, positioning the holes at the center of the rings. Sew the large buttons on the other side of the waistband at the same distance as the holes.

Blouse

Sew the shoulders and sides. Gather and set in the sleeves. Sew the ruffle of 84 cm length on the left side of the neckline and back, centering it on the center of the back neckline. Sew it on the right side of the work. The other part of the ruffle, starting from the right front, where the first part of the ruffle ended, and to meet the other part on the left front. Sew the cuffs to the sleeves, slightly gathering the sleeves. Sew 4 small buttons on the cuffs. Crochet the entire edge of the ruffle with "shells" according to the scheme.
