The right and left front panels
I cast on 79 stitches on 3 mm needles and started the front panel by knitting a ribbing with twisted stitches using 2.5 mm needles. I knit twisted stitches only on the right side and purl stitches on the wrong side. For me, the knit stitches are in even rows. After 14 rows, I decreased the number to 78 stitches and simultaneously switched to the main pattern.

The pattern elements on the front panels are arranged as follows:

Selvedge, 3 purl stitches on the right (where the placket will be), then 1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of leaves, 1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of twisted stitches, 1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat with leaves.
After 9.5 repeats of the leaf pattern in height, I started making decreases for the V-shaped neckline. I made decreases every 2 rows on the right side, stepping back from the edge 4 stitches including the selvedge. From this moment, the first 3 purl stitches were knit as knit stitches to form a placket. On the other side, there were no decreases. I knitted straight up to 13.5 repeats in height (according to the leaves), and then began to shape the shoulder. At first, I closed 3 stitches, then 4. The closer to the neckline, the longer the closures were.

I knitted the left front panel in a similar way. The patterns are mirrored.

Back
For the back, I cast on 154 stitches. Then I knitted 13 rows of ribbing, and then made 5 decreases while simultaneously switching to the main pattern.

The elements on the back are arranged as follows:

*1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of twisted stitches, 1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of the leaf pattern* (repeat 3 times), *1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of twisted stitches, 1 vertical lace column.
I knitted straight, without decreases/increases up to 13.5 repeats in height according to the leaves. Then I started the shoulder slope similarly to the front panels. The neckline ended up higher (I knitted 14 repeats of leaves in height + 4 rows). The cutout turned out neat. Its width goes from the end of the first leaf pattern to the beginning of the last.

Sleeves
For the sleeves, I cast on 77 stitches. I did not make decreases after the ribbing. The length of the sleeve is 12 repeats of leaves in height. Every few rows, I made increases. In total, I had 4 increases on each side.

The pattern elements on the sleeves are arranged as follows:

1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of leaves, 1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat of twisted stitches, 1 vertical lace column, 1 repeat with leaves, 1 vertical lace column.
I closed all the stitches at once.
I sewed all the blouse pieces together.

Plackets
For the placket at the back of the neckline, I knitted a strip 5 stitches wide with selvedge, of appropriate length. The placket consists of knit stitches. Then I sewed the placket to the neckline and front panels.

Next, I knitted 4 strips of knit stitches, each 4 stitches wide. I sewed the strips two by two and attached the pieces to the front panels. On one side, I made buttonholes. I sewed the buttonholes with cotton threads that were used in the garment itself. On the other side, I sewed buttons along the placket. A total of 10 buttons.

Be careful! The first two rows will always differ. The following repeats after the first in height should be knitted from row 3 and above. This applies to the leaf pattern and the twisted stitches pattern.
