Ingredients:

Milk (caramelized) — 200 ml
Sugar — 150-200 g
Butter — 30 g

Preparation:

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour in the caramelized milk. Simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. The finished mass should be thick, with a bright caramel color.
3. To make the candies look nice, I use ice cube molds. They should be lightly greased with vegetable oil.
4. Then pour the mass into the molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Here they are, beauties, just out of the freezer. It's the perfect time to brew tea or aromatic coffee and invite everyone to the table
