Very simple and very tasty
Ingredients
2 kg of any vegetables
(except beets),
500-700 gr. minced meat,
2 onions,
1-2 tablespoons
of vegetable oil,
5 eggs,
200 gr. grated cheese,
1 cup
of milk
Preparation:
Fry the minced meat with onions, add salt.
Half of any
vegetables: cabbage, carrot, white or Chinese cabbage, cauliflower,
broccoli, green beans, bell peppers, etc. place in a baking dish,
add salt, then top with the fried minced meat, and on top of the meat – the remaining
vegetables, also add a little salt. Pour over with a mixture of grated cheese and
beaten eggs with milk.
Bake in the oven.
