Ingredients:
sour cream - 250 g.
crab sticks — 250 g.
eggs — 4-5 pcs.

Preparation:
Take two sheets of
lavash, place one on top of the other, spread sour cream on the top one, and generously sprinkle chopped herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil, etc.) on it, cover with another sheet of lavash, spread sour cream on it, and then layer finely chopped crab sticks on top.
Place another sheet of lavash, spread sour cream on it, and sprinkle with grated eggs. Roll the lavash into a roll (including the bottom sheet that is not spread), then wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the roll soak.
The unspread sheet of lavash will prevent the roll from becoming overly soaked, which explains its necessity. Then take it out and slice.
The roll turns out to be large and very filling.
