Ingredients:
154 kcal per 100 g
-2 pieces of chicken fillet=300-400 g or minced chicken
-1 tomato
-1 medium carrot
-2 eggs
-2 cloves of garlic
-pepper and salt to taste
-a bunch of greens (dill)
-olive oil for greasing baking foil

Method of preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet in half, but not all the way through, place it on greased foil, pound with a mallet until it becomes a layer about 1 cm thick, sprinkle with pepper and greens, add grated carrot, finely chopped tomato, and garlic. Boil 2 eggs, chop them and sprinkle over the fillet, roll it all up with the help of the foil and place it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, after the time is up, without turning off the oven, take out the roll, unwrap the foil and put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes to brown the roll.
