Very reminiscent of dumplings, but does not require endless
kneading.
Let's make the dough.
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour, 1
egg, 2/3 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of
salt.
Preparation:
Sift the flour. Add the egg. Add
the water. Knead. Let it rest for 30-40 minutes to layer
(ESSENTIAL).
In the meantime, let's make the filling.
Ingredients:
meat,
onion, salt, pepper. I use meat: 50% pork, 50% beef.
Everything else
to taste and consistency.
Has 30 minutes passed since kneading the dough? Roll it out to
a thickness of no more than a millimeter. Place the filling on top, roll it up into
a log. BE SURE to pinch the long edge. Cut into pieces with a knife. This is
our "lazy ones".
And then it's simple – either in water, or for steaming, or in
the microwave…
I placed the cut rolls in a deep frying pan, on
a bed of fried carrots and garlic, poured diluted sour cream with "Khmeli-Suneli" on top and added a small piece of butter on each dumpling.
I covered it with a lid and stewed on low heat until almost all the liquid
was absorbed.
Don't forget to serve on plates, sprinkle with herbs, and
