Ingredients:
thin lavash - one piece
chicken fillet - 200 grams
Korean carrots - 100 grams
Korean cabbage - 100 grams
cucumber - one piece
tomato - one piece
mayonnaise - to taste
ketchup - to taste
salt - to taste
black pepper - to taste
vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into small strips, add salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil. Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into thin strips. Wash the tomato and cut it into small wedges.
Separately prepare the sauce. For this, mix ketchup with mayonnaise and add a little salt and pepper.
After that, lay out the lavash on the table and generously spread the prepared sauce on it. Then lay a layer of Korean carrots, cabbage, followed by the sliced cucumber, tomato wedges, and the fried pieces of chicken. Drizzle with sauce on top. After that, roll everything into an envelope, place it in a bag, and heat it in the microwave at 800 watts for 1 minute. It can also be heated in a pan greased with vegetable oil.
