Ingredients:
Dough: flour 250
g cold butter 90 g egg 1 pcs sour cream 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tsp
baking soda (a little)
Preparation:
In a bowl,
add flour, grate in the butter, rub it in, add the egg, salt, sour cream,
baking soda, knead, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Filling: boiled
potatoes 3 pcs boiled meat 300 g fried onion 1 pcs Chop the potatoes and
meat, mix with onion, season with salt and pepper. Pouring: eggs 2
pcs sour cream 50 g milk 50 g salt, pepper, nutmeg 1/4 tsp,
saffron 1/2 tsp, herbs, ground coriander. Whisk with a fork.
Place the dough in
a greased mold, make a rim, add the filling (I also placed a few slices of
sliced champignon on top), pour the filling over, bake for 50 minutes at 180°C. Let
cool slightly, cut.
