Ingredients:
dough:
flour - 250 g.
egg -  1
salt - 0.5 teaspoon
water - 120 ml
filling (pork with beef):
meat - 500 g.
onion - 2 pieces (100 g.)
potatoes 2-3 pcs., 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
salt
ground black pepper
Preparation:
Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add salt, egg, and water. Knead the dough. Since the quality of the flour varies, the amount of water may slightly increase or decrease.
The dough should be soft, but, at the same time, should not stick to your hands at all. Place our dough in a bowl, cover with a clean napkin, and leave for 40 minutes.
To prepare the filling, grind the meat in a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and also add to the minced meat.
Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Lightly dust the table with flour and roll out the dough quite thinly.
Place the filling on the dough. Evenly distribute the minced meat over the entire sheet of dough.
Roll it up.
Pinch the edges. I grated the potatoes on a coarse grater, added herbs and carrots. My meat is duck with pork. I melted the butter and poured it over the khanum. Steam it.
